O'Reilly Auto Parts runs hundreds of stores under a tight brand standard — green channel letters, white cabinet pylons, fully lit lots. When a letter drops out, a pylon goes half-dark, or a parking lot pole burns out, the fix has to match what's at every other O'Reilly down the road. We've been the Chicago-area crew handling that work store by store — bucket truck on-site, parts on hand, and clean documentation back to the property manager or facilities team dispatching the call.
Component-level fixes that keep every O'Reilly storefront and lot looking like the day it opened.
When green letters start dimming or dropping out, individual LED modules are usually past life. We swap modules across the panel, rebalance brightness and color temperature, and reseal so the fixed letters don't read brighter or cooler than the ones beside them.

Cracked, faded, or yellowed pylon faces let in water and dull the brand color. We replace the face, repair the cabinet wiring, swap drivers as needed, and reseal, the pylon reads sharp from the road again without a full rebuild.
Dark corners of a parking lot are a safety issue and a company issue. We service pole lights, parking lot heads, and building floodlights with the bucket truck, fixtures, drivers, photocells, and wiring, so the entire site is lit consistently after dark.

Every O'Reilly location we service ends up the same way — letters fully lit, pylon reading clean from the street, parking lot covered corner to corner. The facilities and property teams know they can dispatch through their platform, hear back from us same-day, and have the bucket truck on the schedule that week.
